Homemade blueberry muffins for the weekend when you want something sweet!๐ซ Moist and sweet blueberry muffins eaten right after baking are the taste of happiness itself๐ซ๐ The blueberry muffins I made today are a recipe for blueberry muffins sold at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Boston, and they're super easy to make! I made them by slightly changing the ingredients according to Hadathome's recipe :) You don't need to sift them, and the dough only takes 5 minutes to knead! Anyone can make these delicious blueberry muffins if they know how to mix them with a hand whisk!๐ You should definitely make them๐ - Ingredients - 200g all-purpose flour (can be substituted with cake flour) 6g baking powder 95g sugar 2g salt 2 eggs (room temperature) 50ml milk (room temperature) 60g butter (room temperature) 200g blueberries (can be frozen blueberries) Lemon zest (1 lemon) 5g vanilla extract A little cane sugar - How to make - 1. Melt the butter in the microwave. 2. Put the eggs, milk, butter, lemon zest, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix lightly with a hand whisk. 3. Add all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt and mix with a spatula until no flour is visible. 4. Add blueberries and mix until done! 5. Divide the batter into muffin molds (6 holes) and sprinkle cane sugar (or regular sugar if unavailable). 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes and you're done! 7. Cool in the mold for about 5 minutes and then cool completely on a cooling rack.
