I made spicy pollack riceㅎㅎ I used a Parcel cast iron pot CozyWok🫶🏻🫶🏻 I really liked the light gray color, but it has many advantages because it's enamel-coated! It also blocks rust, discoloration, and odor, and it was easy to clean. ㅎㅎ And since the cast iron body has good heat retention, I think I can enjoy various dishes such as rice in a pot, steamed food, and stir-fried food! I am satisfied with both the design and functionality. 🤍🤍 My first pollack roe pot rice👀 I watched it on YouTube and tried it, and it was delicious. ㅎㅎ I will share the recipe as well🙌🏻 Ingredients: 300g rice, 100g chives, 150g salted white pollack roe, 2~3 shiitake mushrooms, 7~8 garlic cloves, cooking wine, soy sauce, sesame oil 1. Wash 300g rice, drain, and soak for 30 minutes. 2. Fry 150g salted white pollack roe with butter until the outside turns golden brown. 3. Slice garlic into thin slices and slice shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry together + 1 tablespoon soy sauce 4. Stir-fry rice together and add 2 cups of water + 1 cup of broth, cooking wine Spoon 5. Boil while stirring on high heat, when it's bubbling! 6. Close the lid and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, then on low heat for 10 minutes 7.
