Amulet-repelling boktae is often purchased as a gift, and the luxurious packaging makes it a delightful gift for both the giver and recipient. The boktae pictured on the box is hand-printed with white silk over gold foil. The moment I opened the luxurious box, I felt happier than any other gift! The pollack's large eyes are said to ward off evil spirits, its mouth absorbs misfortune, and its silk thread symbolically binds it. Hanging one in your home will always bring you good luck. I hung it in my entryway, and the magnetic adhesive is so strong that it stays put even when I close and close the door. The meaningful and cute pufferfish ward off evil makes me happy every time I go out.
