Last weekend's (night market) home brunch🍽️ After watching Lils make tacos with Subway salad, I thought, "Huh? That's a great idea! I should try making an open-faced sandwich!" So I gave it a try🙋🏻‍♀️🥗 Smear some truffle butter (you can also use it as a salad dressing) on bread, then arrange the various vegetables and ham from the salad in a pretty arrangement to create a truly authentic open-faced sandwich~~~ Mashed avocado, mixed with olive oil and pepper to make a spread, and topped with a boiled egg.
