#삼계탕 Today, I made samgyetang to celebrate Jungbok. Chobok was already over by the time I remembered it. ☺️I purposely bought only chicken thighs to make this. I love chicken thighs, and I thought it would be easier than whole ones. 🤭 I laid down chives first, then added soaked rice, and layered the chicken. I added some chives on top and added a packet of samgyetang broth. For the side dishes, I used cucumbers and kimchi. I also saved up points to buy the pear kimchi I mentioned in my previous post.
