It's not too firm, but not too hard, just right! It's firm yet supportive. I have a bad back, so I avoid mattresses that are too soft, but this one felt like it was tailored to my body. The Bread mattress features independent pocket springs, with each spring individually packaged. This allows the weight to be evenly and firmly distributed across my entire body—head, waist, hips, legs—rather than just one area. This is why I feel so refreshed and light when I wake up in the morning. 3. Convenience: Free shipping and installation, no noise worries, and reliable safety! The mattress is about 20cm high, making it perfect for those looking for a mattress that's not too high or those who prefer a firm, soft mattress with a moderate height. And the best part was the delivery and installation! Since it's a free delivery service, it includes free installation! I was able to schedule a quick delivery date, which is especially great for single-person or student households! Since this mattress is a roll-packed mattress, it was easy to set up after delivery. All I had to do was unpack it and place it where I wanted it, making it a breeze to set up! Oh, and most importantly! Thanks to the independent pocket springs, it's virtually noiseless. Even when I toss and turn at night, there's no squeaking, which is incredibly quiet and helps me sleep soundly. Finally, it's been tested for various harmful substances (formaldehyde, pH, thoron, eight major heavy metals, arylamines, and radon), so I can use it with confidence. And there's no need to worry if you're using it with children, right? 4. Care Instructions: This standard 20cm single-layer mattress I received is designed to be comfortable for a long time without any special maintenance. The embossed quilting on the exterior makes it highly resistant to stains, so with basic cover maintenance, it should be kept clean. Since it's delivered in a roll pack, you only need to pay a little attention when installing it (be careful not to damage it when cutting with scissors!). After that, it's incredibly comfortable. Regularly flipping or changing the direction of the mattress will help maintain its cushioning for a long time.
