#집에서제일바빠 #콘수프기록 How do you prepare your dishes so beautifully? 🤣🤣 I could capture the finished dish beautifully, but I can't seem to capture the preparation process. 🥲 I tried this simple eggplant, zucchini, and tomato dish I've been seeing on Instagram. 😋 1. Pour the tomato sauce. 2. Beat the eggs. 3. Lay the ingredients in order and microwave. I usually cook them in the microwave with a lid, but I tried it in the oven, and boy, did it take forever. 😭 The original recipe calls for bacon and mushrooms, but since I didn't have any, I just put them between cheese.
