#작은집활용법 Small House Kitchen Styling Story Kitchens in small houses are always a battle for storage. Because the building is old and narrow, without a pantry, a separate table was a luxury in our house. So, I built an island, which serves as a table, storage, and appliance cabinet. (I don't have any specific information on the island. ‼️ It was built a long time ago when we completed a turnkey kitchen.) Just below the countertop, I placed a microwave and rice cooker, and a thin cabinet underneath. I wanted the countertop to function as a dining table, so I made it a little deeper. I also requested that the corners be softly rounded. It's about the same height as a regular dining table, so it's comfortable to use. If you're considering an island like me, I hope you find this helpful :) The styling is entirely my own! While my home used to be decorated in black and white tones, I've recently been adding a touch of red. Perhaps thanks to the contrasting colors, it adds a witty vibe, making this space especially popular these days.
