My elementary school-aged son, who is extremely sensitive to the touch and prone to heat, sleeps in a silky, cool comforter year-round, and my cat-daughter, who shares my brother's butler's taste. 👦🏻😸🩵 So, I'm always worried about whether my kids will like it when I order comforters online. They were so excited to wash and replace the new comforter right away that they were blown away. 🤣 I'll share some of the positive aspects of the Himalaya Super Cooling Cool Comforter after personally sleeping on it. ✔️ Coolness :: A cool feeling is paramount for a summer comforter. This material has a cooling sensation that feels like it's cooling down your body to the touch. ✔️ Touch :: It's very soft and smooth. Summer blankets often have a slightly rough texture, but this one is made of a silky material, making it ideal for those who prefer a soft blanket. ✔️ Comfort :: Although it's a cool summer blanket, it's not a single layer, so it's not too light and actually helps with sleep. The mesh interior is said to be breathable. ✔️ Color :: Since it's for my son's room and it's summer, I chose a cool blue. It's a soft, toned-down blue that blends well with our white interior. ✔️ Washing :: Even after a light wool wash, there wasn't any noticeable deformation. Easy cleaning is important in the summer because we wash it frequently, and this was a plus. I highly recommend this cool-feeling summer blanket. 🩵 My cat, Otte, also recommends it.
