I just get home from work, turn on the air conditioning, and enjoy delicious food with my husband. It's the best! Seriously! For the side dish, I prepared spicy stir-fried udon with truffle oil-roasted potato wedges and butter garlic sauce. I enjoyed it with a refreshing gin and tonic cocktail with Bombay Sapphire〰️ I used five potatoes because I had a lot of them at home, but it was quite a lot. LOL Fill a glass with ice, top with Bombay Sapphire, lemon juice, tonic water, and a lemon wedge.
