Ryu Soo-young's Lifetime Recipe)🫶🏻 📌 Ingredients 300g grilled pork belly, 2 pieces curry powder, 1/4 head cabbage, 1 clove garlic, 3 pinches salt, 1 T soy sauce, 2 T mirin, 1/2 cup water, 1 Cheongyang pepper, 1 egg yolk (If you don't have curry powder, you can substitute 4 T curry powder, but the curry powder has a slightly better flavor!) 📌 Preparation 1. Cut the grilled pork belly into large pieces and season with 3 pinches of salt. 2. Finely chop the cabbage. 3. Cut the green chili pepper in half and finely chop. 4. Cut the solid curry into pieces with a knife and gradually add 1/2 cup of hot water, stirring occasionally. 📌 Recipe 1. Place the pork belly in a pan over medium heat and cook until golden brown.👏🏻 (Do not stir frequently!) 2. Add the garlic and cook for 5 minutes, as if frying it in oil.👏🏻 3. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to the edge of the pan and bring to a boil, as if frying it in oil. Add 2 tablespoons of mirin and stir-fry thoroughly.👏🏻 4. Add the finely chopped cabbage and stir-fry briefly, then cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.👏🏻 (Do not add water; cook with the cabbage's moisture alone!) 5. Pour in the curry mixture and mix, then cover and cook for 5 minutes, as if steaming.👏🏻 6. Place the rice and curry in a bowl, top with green chili peppers to taste, and finish with an egg yolk.👏🏻 (You can also add pepper to taste!) A super-chewy curry that can be made simply with leftover garlic and cabbage, without potatoes or carrots. Recipe!👀✨ Even a hearty meal, like ganjjajang, without the broth!
