#오홈스토랑 #CornSoupRecord I diligently grew basil from seed. I made basil pesto with the leaves that emerged from pruning! The classic recipe calls for using only the branches❌️ and the leaves⭕️. I know you'd need to use pine nuts and add lemon juice, but I made this simple recipe with what I had on hand. ✅️ I chose oily nuts. ✅️ I topped it with a generous amount of olive oil and a dash of pepper. ✅️ I washed the basil leaves and ground them. (You could also use a blender, but I ground them myself because I only had a small amount.) The leaves had a strong basil aroma throughout the recipe, and I'm already excited to see what happens!
