Our Living Room Reading Space With a modular sofa in the center of the living room, we created a space where the whole family can enjoy books together. Since the kids were young, we've used small bookshelves to organize and rotate their books frequently. Even now, we keep books appropriate for their level in their rooms, while we read books together, books borrowed from the library, and educational comics together in the living room. The bookshelves and sofa are easily movable, allowing us to rearrange them frequently to suit the kids' activities. The #Muji #AirSofa is the kids' favorite sofa. The cushioning can be adjusted by adding air, creating a comfortable space where everyone can grab a book and immerse themselves in their favorite position. The #IKEA #BESTO storage cabinet is closed on weekdays, but it opens up on weekends, offering a special treat. It's filled with weekend-only educational comics! (It's no secret that the door is always open on weekends, haha.) This is our own reading space, created with small touches, so that the family can naturally gather in the living room, and enjoy reading.
