#여름방학일기 Weather: Sunny☀️ I'm a typical homebody, so I spend most of my summer vacation at home. My favorite things to do are cooking, reading, and doing yoga.🥘📚🧘‍♀️ Today, I made pasta with fresh mushrooms and vegan mushroom garlic truffle confit I bought at the market last time.🍄‍🟫 First, I sautéed sliced garlic in olive oil until golden brown, then grilled the mushrooms with peperoncino. Next, add the boiled pasta, add the water, and salt, mix well, and finally, sprinkle on the perilla leaves and cheese. Done!
