Making it in advance makes me eat a better breakfast! ☑️ Salad Bottle Containers: Yuck, Baqueen Yuck and Baqueen containers are the best for salad bottles. ✔️Yuck lasts about 1-2 days. ✔️Baqueen stays fresher longer, so I eat it after 3-5 days. ☑️ Salad Bottle It depends on your taste and seasonal ingredients, but ✔️Basic ingredients include: basil, chickpeas, cucumber, paprika, lettuce, salad lettuce (butterhead/arugula, etc.) and red onion. ✔️Add other ingredients like stir-fried mushrooms and onions, chicken breast (chicken nuggets), sweet pumpkin, corn, and avocado. ☑️Oriental Dressing This is my mom's recipe. The perfect combination makes it a dressing you can eat every day without getting tired of. Give it a try! ✔️5T soy sauce + 5T olive oil + 3T vinegar + 2T balsamic vinegar + 2T minced garlic + 5T sugar + 3T lemon juice + 2T sesame seeds + 1/2T pepper + 2T minced onion Keeping it in an oil bottle makes it easy to pour 1-2 spoonfuls. (Instead, you need to mince a lot of garlic and onion.)
