#콘수프기록 #자취요리 #간단요리 #요리기록 Does anyone know about Yongyong's Black Pepper Beef Brisket? I tried it once and fell in love with it. I somehow found the recipe and made it, but... um... It's tasty, but okay...not the same as the one I had at Yongyong's. 😂 Recipe written as I remember it While grilling the beef brisket, I added a generous amount of pepper and grilled it. I pushed the meat to one side and added sugar and soy sauce (I added some cooking wine beforehand to avoid any gamey smell). I added a little oyster sauce and grilled it, then added vegetables: cabbage, bok choy, and onion. Hmm...what could I have possibly missed? Anyway, I enjoyed it, and the next day, I had leftover bok choy. Stir-fried bok choy Grilled oil and stir-fried minced garlic. Added blanched bok choy for about a minute. Stir-fried with salt and a touch of oyster sauce. Bok choy also works well in Black and White Chef's Imoka Se tofu stew. Adding It was a weekend where I discovered the charm of bok choy. But I failed at making beef brisket ㅠㅠ
