After having a baby, I'm planning to move to a 1st floor unit or a 40-pyeong (approximately 130 square meters) apartment. The thought of moving already gives me a headache. We've lived in this house for four years, and the walls in the master bedroom and living room, which are already painted with European varnish, are covered in sheetrock... I've completely destroyed the house with my own interior design... hahaha. I think I'll barely be able to sell it for a decent price if I add options like four system air conditioners and a dishwasher. I guess I'm screwed.
