Peach salad is a must-have in summer! It's so easy to make, but it tastes good no matter when you eat it. Sweet Gochang Chilgeori peaches My dad sent them for Malgeum to eat, but Mom is slowly snatching them away... haha First, arrange the burrata on a plate. Cut the peaches to your desired size and arrange them around the burrata. Dress with olive oil and white balsamic vinegar, and you're done!
