I've exhausted all the menu ideas I could think of, and I'm trying to think of something unique, but eating at home is pretty much the same. Before the kids came for lunch, I made chive salad, beef soboro, and egg custard. I briefly admired the vibrant green color of the blanched chives and the beautiful color of the ground beef, then quickly moved on, and three side dishes were ready in no time. Someone once said, "Just do it." I even cleaned the master bathroom and helped my older child with his studies.
