#SummerVacationDiary I ordered the #DoItAllDayRackCatTowerShelf without hesitation because the existing two-tier tower (#DoItTiramisuBoard) was better than I expected. I finally saw the reviews, but I need a product like this (sob..😅) As you can see in the photo, there are four dents, and some are even peeling off;; since it's on the bottom, I decided to just keep using it, but I'm not too happy about it. Looking at reviews from the official retailer, some people reported receiving similar or worse defective products, and some even had to exchange the product three times, and ended up giving up after the same problem. The prevailing opinion was that it was a packaging issue. This order also arrived without even the usual bubble wrap on the plywood part in question, only wrapped in a single layer of soft sponge (?!). In an era where consumer experience is more important than ever, the same complaints are repeated, and with no improvement, does this mean Doit has no intention of listening to its users? As someone who has loved and recommended #Doit products like the All Day Board and Tiramisu Board, this incident will be deeply disappointing. Ps. 1. The product itself is great! Our cats love it too. 2. For those who chose the set option, please note that the rack and board will be shipped separately. I thought it was a misdelivery because the board arrived first, but it was delivered separately the next day.
