#오홈스토랑 #콘수프기록 #홈카페 #레시피 I have a barista license that I've kept tucked away in a corner...😄💦 When I was struggling with depression, I hated the sight of myself curled up in the corner of my room. I spent a lot of money and worked hard for months to acquire that license, but since then...I haven't really had a chance to make a shot... ? 😐 (I've long since forgotten the latte art I so diligently learned...) Anyway! Thanks to my diligent palate training back then, I can tell the difference between under- and over-extracted coffee〰️ Even though I have the license, after learning how to clean the coffee machine, I really thought to myself, Oh, I shouldn't buy a coffee machine... (ㅜㅜㅋIt's so annoying...) They tell me to clean it once a day after brewing... Otherwise, it'll affect the taste. After that, I avoided manual machines because they were so annoying, but then I switched to Nespresso capsule coffee machines. The introduction was long, but here's why I started using capsule coffee... The irony is that capsule coffee is often better than the coffee I buy outside. The machine has a dirty taste that you can't quite clean, and there are countless cafes that taste like they're under- or over-extracted. It's rare to find a truly delicious coffee shop, but my husband has recently started saying that the coffee I brew at home is the best. One of them is this! Black sesame coffee! It's the powder used in cafes... I think it's mixed with taco powder. But the ⭐POINT⭐ is that it tastes best when you mix this powder with a shot without milk. All you need is a scoop of Taco Powder, a shot glass, and ice—no water required. Since trying this, I can't drink coffee outside these days. 😌 If you want to experience the unique taste of store-bought coffee at home, definitely try it. 😣‼️
