Here's some rice cooked in my new cast-iron pot. I've been obsessed with cast-iron pots lately, so I've been trying to make both soup and rice in it. The rich flavor is so different, I'm reaching for it more! Today, I made chicken thighs marinated in soy sauce, and it was just the perfect sweet and salty combination. It was so delicious that I whipped up a whole pot with my kids in no time. 🤍 If you know of any cost-effective cast-iron pots, please recommend them!
