Advertisement: Do you have an ingredient you always stock in your fridge? For me, it's "dumplings"! Neither my partner nor I particularly like dumplings, but they're easy to prepare and delicious even when eaten occasionally, so they seem to always be in our freezer. Jang Idang sent us four different types of dumplings this time. We tried them in a variety of ways, including frying them in the oven and steaming them in a pot. I usually fry them simply in the oven, but steaming them in a pot was incredibly delicious. It reminded me that the essence of dumplings is not frying, but steaming! This is how the four types of dumplings came out: 🥟 ✅Galbi Dumplings ✅Meat Dumplings ✅Kimchi Dumplings ✅Very Spicy Kimchi Dumplings Among these, there's one dumpling that really stands out? Very Spicy Kimchi Dumplings!! The name alone made me nervous, but it was just as spicy as Buldak, so it was perfect when I was craving something spicy. And the best part was the galbi dumplings. The galbi flavor was alive and well, and the texture was crunchy. Out of the four, it was by far the most delicious!! So, I think it'll probably sell out the fastest 🤣🤣 They say it's going to rain a lot tomorrow too. I hope everyone prepares well for the rain and has a rainy week with as little damage as possible. ☔ #JangIdangDumplings#MeatDumplings#KimchiDumplings#GalbiDumplings#Spicy#Eatstagram#EatStar#TasteStar #OhHomeStaurant #콘수프기록
