Ryu Soo-young's Lifetime Recipe)🫶🏻 📌 Ingredients 100g Spam, 1 serving spaghetti, 1T minced garlic, 1/2 onion, 1T sugar, 6T soy sauce, 5T ketchup, 1T vinegar, 3 turns cooking oil, 2L water, pepper 📌 Preparation 1. Boil 2L water with 4T soy sauce and 1 serving of spaghetti. Cook. (1 serving of spaghetti is the size of a 100 won coin! Boiling the noodles in soy sauce creates a richer flavor! Don't discard the water!) 2. Chop the onion. 3. Crush the Spam with the back of a knife. 📌 Recipe 1. Heat a pan over medium heat, add 3 tbsp of cooking oil, and stir-fry the mashed Spam until crispy.👏🏻 (Stir-fry until crispy to remove the characteristic ham smell!) 2. Once the Spam is golden brown, reduce the heat, add 1T minced garlic and minced onion, and stir-fry again over medium heat.👏🏻 3. Once the onion becomes translucent, reduce the heat, add 1T sugar, and stir-fry. Then, add 2T soy sauce to the edge of the pan, bring to a simmer, and mix well.👏🏻 4. Add 4T ketchup and mix well.👏🏻 5. Stir-fry the spaghetti noodles and 1 cup of water in the sauce from step 4, then add 1T vinegar and mix well.👏🏻 6. Once the sauce has thickened, turn off the heat, add 1T ketchup, mix, and season generously with pepper.👏🏻 Add ketchup to the Spam Rice Bowl you made earlier.
