#내집마련 #사전점검 The long-awaited new home🏠 I went for a pre-inspection with my kids last month. It's the same tower-style apartment as my current one, with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, which gives it a really nice open feel. It's 34 pyeong (approximately 100 square feet) and has four rooms: Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3, and an alpha room. It also has two bathrooms, a utility room, a pantry, and all the necessary spaces. 🤭 The living room art wall and porcelain tiles are luxurious. The kitchen has a modern design and a spacious layout. I really like it...🤍 There's also a park coming up soon, and I'm really looking forward to the ocean and park views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The landscaping is beautiful, the community facilities are diverse, and there are plenty of spaces for the kids to enjoy. I'm so happy with my new home. I can't wait to move in...🔥 I couldn't capture everything in a video, but I'm moving into my new home. I'm taking some nice pictures and videos. I'll show you again in video🫶🏻
