Comparing a 40-pyeong (130-square-foot) slab-type apartment and a newly built 33-pyeong (110-square-foot) tower-type apartment✨ I had a lot of concerns when I first moved in. The tower-type apartment has a smaller floor space and lacks cross-ventilation. Wouldn't the long, straight layout make the living room feel cramped? Where should I put all this stuff... ㅠㅠ The solution is to empty and empty again, sharing the space, and I'm still working on it. The 40-pyeong kitchen used to be spacious, but it was inefficient. The slab-type apartment used to be set back, which made it feel cramped. Now, it feels incredibly open and the flow is convenient! In Korea, the preference for Type A is still much higher, right?! I used to think so too, but I've changed! The open kitchen makes it easier for families with children to make eye contact while cooking. The living room is also much longer and more spacious. However, there's no bonus space (alpha room). However, since I spend 80% of my time in the living room, I'm quite satisfied 👍 I haven't even installed the front door yet...ㅎ I'll do that soon♥️ Oh, and don't sign a contract at a move-in fair...!
