💙 Our family's go-to cooking helper, stocked and used 💙 We always have a pouch of beef bone soup (sagol gomtang) in our house. My eldest, who loves Korean food, also enjoys beef bone soup. He can just heat up the contents of the pouch and have a bowl, but most of the time, I add meat and green onions to the broth. Then, he can whip up a bowl, or two, or three, in no time. He always asks for rice cakes in the soup when making tteokguk (rice cake soup), so beef bone soup has long been a household staple. Yesterday, my eldest wanted beef bone soup for all three meals, so I made the same dish three times: breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and even took a picture.
