#살림살이 #콘수프기록 #냉동밥 #밥보관 We don't eat cooked rice in our house except when we go camping. However, as a newlywed couple, it's difficult to eat rice cooked in a rice cooker all at once. So, I always divide it into small portions, store it in a MoFresh container in the fridge, and then transfer it to the freezer after about 6 hours. This method of cooling and then reheating the rice reduces absorption, which is said to help with weight gain. And since there's no rice left over, I don't waste it. :) (When I was young, my grandparents farmed rice, and I heard them say, "Don't throw away rice! It's precious!" So I'm especially wary of throwing it away.) It's convenient to store it in the freezer, and when I need it, I just open the lid slightly, microwave it, and have a quick meal. Mofresh is stackable, making it space-efficient. It's also refrigerated, frozen, and microwave-safe, so I use it with confidence.
