Also, the heat-resistant handle makes it safe to handle, which I appreciated. There's always the risk of burns if you take the basket out in a hurry. I once got burned in a hurry. I believe hygiene is paramount. The basket and tray are completely removable, allowing for separate washing. The non-stick coating makes it easy to clean. I really liked it. :) It looks great no matter where you store it, so I can adjust it to suit my mood.
