We just moved into a new home. The installation includes two rows of indirect lighting, a Lucia ceiling fan, intermittent indirect lighting, long indirect curtain lights, and automatic curtain rails. The furniture and appliances include a Samsung 85-inch OLED TV with the highest resolution, a soundbar, Samsung's air purifier (without filter replacement), and an Essa sofa.
