#오홈스토랑 #CannedTunaPasta I recently went to the PX and bought a ton of canned tuna. My son is on vacation, so I need to make Dolbap (first birthday rice bowl), and having canned tuna is so comforting. After working out, I went to the supermarket, and onions were on sale, so I stocked up. I didn't prepare the onions, so they rotted and would usually be thrown away. So, I put them in a jar and peeled the rest and stored them in the fridge. They're so comforting! To celebrate the purchase of the onions, I caramelized them (a little butter made them even tastier). I sautéed the garlic and garlic shoots, and sprinkled them with a generous amount of peperoncino. When they were almost done, I pushed them to one side. I also toasted the tartine shower dough I had in the freezer. I didn't have any noodle stock, so I made a broth with hot water and chicken stock. I poured them into a bowl and topped them with the drained tuna. I tried canned tuna with pasta for the first time, and it's absolutely delicious. You should definitely try it! ^^ Today, I was tired of the usual view, so I took a picture from the opposite direction. Does it look weird? Ugh~~ It's a bit awkward. Is it just me who finds this awkward? Haha Today is Liberation Day. My husband is at work, so I didn't even realize it was a public holiday. My son is getting ready to go out to meet his girlfriend, and now it's my free time~~ It's like the holidays for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Where are you guys going? My husband's busy, so I can't go anywhere. I'm going to the hair salon tomorrow to get a haircut. My brother's coming over for dinner, so I'm going to have a big drink. What else is there in life?
