#FTC16๊ธฐ์ด์•ผ๊ธฐ #FTCRecord #OhHomeRestaurant I actually don't cook much at home๐Ÿซข I used to cook quite a bit in the early days of my marriage, but I haven't been doing it much lately...haha So, when my husband occasionally asks for seasonal food, I try to prepare it properly๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป Have you heard of triploid oysters? I never knew oysters this big existed. Haha. There were even some bigger than my palm. โœจ Regular oysters are toxins that are present during spawning, so they can't be eaten year-round. In contrast, triploid oysters don't spawn, so they don't contain toxins, so they can be eaten year-round. They're so big I couldn't eat them in one bite. Compared to regular oysters, they have less of a fishy smell, so even people who don't usually eat oysters will enjoy them. ๐Ÿฉต I usually eat oysters dipped in soy sauce, but to enjoy the special triploid oysters, I made a mignonette sauce. Its refreshing flavor goes perfectly with the oysters. ๐Ÿ˜€ Even though I don't cook much, I often make another simple dish. Kimchi ochazuke is perfect when you don't have an appetite. These days, with broth coins, it's even easier to make. Place the fluffy rice in a bowl, pour the broth over it, and finely chop the well-fermented kimchi and add it to the dish with the peeled pollack roe. Just mix and top, and you're done. Sprinkle some seaweed flakes on top, and you'll really need no other side dishes๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป When you're feeling uninspired and lazy, there's nothing better than this, right? You should definitely try it๐Ÿ˜Š
