Through my various experiences, I've come to realize that my pillow preference(?) is one that's low but not too soft. The Sleep & Sleep Real Organic Memory Foam Cervical Pillow meets these needs! It comes in three heights, so you can choose the one you like best. The included height adjustment pad allows for even more precise adjustments, which is nice. There were many pillows that were too soft and put a strain on the back of the neck, or too hard and made the back of the head feel numb(!), but this one was comfortable because it was memory foam with the right density! The size of the pillow itself was smaller than the ones I used before. If you have a habit of rolling around in your sleep, please refer to the size carefully!
