✅ The most important 'element' for a happy home with a yard🏡 Today, I'd like to share a story that may or may not be helpful to those planning to live in a house, or perhaps even an obvious one🤫 I remember moving into my first house, which was built in a bare yard with no grass (or even a partially built one).🥲 I spent months unable to open the curtains during the day because there was no fence. In the first spring after moving in, I decorated the garden and hastily built a treated wood fence.🥹 That experience led me to plan the landscaping and fence for my second home from the design stage!😊👍 In urban areas, fence heights are often set low. For privacy, it's common to build a high fence as part of the building from the beginning! However, in areas with a natural green space with a building-to-land ratio of 20%, or even larger areas with a building-to-land ratio, the fence is often installed separately from the building. 🥹 However, the scope of the basic construction contract is limited to the building itself, and the fence and exterior landscaping are often additional construction. As a result, some people move in with only the building completed, thinking, "I'll do the landscaping later, and the fence later." (Like our first home. 🥹) While a fence may not seem like a big deal, depending on the material and shape, it can be quite expensive. It's important to allocate some budget upfront! It may be a matter of taste, but if you can't block out the gaze of others to some extent, naps in the yard, romantic, private dinners, may be impossible. 🥹💗 (I'm going to share the know-how I've gained from building and maintaining two homes in this information reel. 😚 If you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments!) #Countryhouse #집짓기 #단독주택 #주택설계 #건축비용 #담장 #조경디자인 #프라이빗마당 #정원 #마당꾸미기 #집스타그램 #정보공유 #오늘의집 #집꾸미기 #콘수프기록
