#동양미한스푼#DongyangMihanSpoon I was going to pass on this challenge. Nothing came to mind, so I looked for rubber shoes in my shoe rack. I even thought about a makgeolli pourer, but I just laughed to myself. Then I found a herbal medicine pot that's three generations old, though not 100 years old, so I'm sharing it! I don't use it often, so I just wrap it in paper and store it. I feel it's a shame to throw it away, as it's been through the ages. It's not precious, but it's still precious because it's been touched by my grandmother's hands! While looking for some decoration, I stumbled upon a precious tea. I'd like to introduce you to Pu'erh tea from China! Pu'erh tea, the signature tea of Yunnan Province, boasts a deep and complex flavor through long-term aging and fermentation, and is renowned for its increasing value as it ages. What makes Pu'erh tea unique is that fermentation is its lifeblood. Unlike regular teas, its flavor evolves over time, giving it a unique charm. The longer it's aged, the less bitter it becomes, and the more it develops a smooth yet deep earthy flavor, a balanced savory taste, and a stronger herbal aroma. Notably, there are even expert tasters who can distinguish genuine Pu'er tea from fake ones. Of the Pu'er teas my Chinese friends have provided, these two are certified authentic. Those who appreciate tea taste often seem quite impressed! Honestly, I initially tried to force myself to drink it, tempted by the idea of weight loss, but the earthy aroma just didn't suit me.
