💙 Back-to-School House Cleaning 💙 My eldest child's summer vacation is over. During his vacation, which lasted just under a month, I spent ten days traveling in Japan, two days at my maternal grandparents' house, and another ten days spent spending the morning and afternoon exploring museums, art galleries, libraries, and theaters in Seoul, exploring delicious restaurants, and inviting friends and acquaintances over for the rest of the day. And now, it's already the first day of school. It was exhausting not having time to be alone 24 hours a day, but it was nice to have lots of dates with my eldest son, who has strived to be a good, respectable older brother since his younger sibling was born. My son, who hadn't been back to school for a long time, stopped by the house right after school, threw down his bag, grabbed his iPad, and headed back to his friend's house. I took advantage of that time to make a quick lunch, wash the table mats and doormats, and do some back-to-school cleaning.
