Melon Gazpacho and Melon Milk🍈 Today, I'm introducing the Airmade Premium Vacuum Blender Blendic V AMB-350V!! Actually, the days I use the blender are when I need to blend something in bulk, right? Or, to be honest, I just use a hand blender because it's too much work (I confess). But if I blend too much, it gets too thick and doesn't blend well, so I have to divide it into smaller batches and blend for half a day. 😞 If you fill it to the brim and pour all the ingredients in, and it still doesn't blend, you know what happens?! You're shaking your hair and shaking your head, lol. But the Blendic V doesn't need that. It's a 40,000 RPM vacuum blender that spins 666 times per second, just like a cafe blender! (Sniff)✨ Blend fruit juice the day before and store it in a vacuum tumbler to prevent browning and oxidation. It's also perfect for taking the tumbler out the next day! Layer separation is a no-brainer!! Even the Auto mode cleans the whole thing in a snap, so it's super convenient!!!! I absolutely love the auto-cleaning feature!!! With the noise-canceling cover and vacuum tumbler, this blender is just perfect!! Melon gazpacho, made with a perfect vacuum using the Blendic V, is so delicious! I'll share the recipe for this delicious melon gazpacho below! 🍈 1. Score the cherry tomatoes, blanch them in boiling water, and peel them. 2. Marinate them with a 1:1 ratio of white balsamic vinegar and olive oil, along with salt and a little honey. 3. Cut the melon in half, dice one half, and cut the other half into rounds with a melon baller. Marinate them with the cherry tomatoes. 4. Blend the diced melon, a slice of frozen bread, 1/2 shallot, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/3 cucumber, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and a pinch of salt. 5. Top the melon gazpacho with the marinated tomatoes and melon. You can add a little honey if you like! Did you know that blending frozen fruit makes it into a sorbet?!
