My favorite snack, one I find myself devouring without thinking, is roasted chestnuts. I always order them out, but this time I bought fresh chestnuts and roasted them myself. I air-fried them at 200 degrees for 15 minutes (if they're large, bake for 2-3 minutes longer). These delicious roasted chestnuts are perfect. When they're hot, you say, "Oh, hot!" and eat them. I really want to eat them, but they're so delicious! 🥹 💡A tip for peeling roasted chestnuts easily. Wash the chestnuts, cut them open, and soak them in water for about an hour.
