The cucumbers are surprisingly delicious, making this makguksu a perfect summer recommendation. ☺️ This time, as a Kkosunjip supporter, I cooked with extra virgin cold-pressed sesame oil and perilla oil made from 100% fresh Korean sesame seeds. It was even more fragrant and delicious. 🤭 1. Slice the cucumbers and marinate them in salt, sugar, and 1 tablespoon of vinegar for 10 minutes. 2. Boil buckwheat noodles the size of a 500 won coin for 5 minutes and 30 seconds. 3. Add the cooked buckwheat noodles and seasoning (1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon plum extract, 2 tablespoons Kkosunjip perilla oil, salt). 4. Squeeze out the excess water from the cucumbers.
