I've never cooked much, and I find it a hassle, so I usually enjoy simple meals, pasta, and sandwiches. But I do enjoy a pretty meal, haha. The photo is of Korean beef and wild greens porridge I bought at Costco. It's filled with large chunks of meat and mushrooms, and it's incredibly filling! I highly recommend it as a quick meal. Haha.
