I had some pumpkin at home, so I made a pumpkin egg slut with eggs and cheese :) 1. Clean the pumpkin, stem down, and microwave for about 4 minutes. 2. Cut off the pumpkin's head and empty out the insides. 3. Mix the egg and toppings. (I added rice and vegetables.) 4. Pour a scoop of water on the bottom, top with cheese, cover with plastic wrap, and poke holes in the top. 5.
