Plus, it's so great that you can add a horizontal shelf for sauces like this... If I were to recall before... oil and seasoning would splatter in hard-to-reach places, making it difficult to clean up, so I'd procrastinate. The sauce bottles would soak in oil and seasoning... (Reflecting on my past self) Now, I want to maintain the beautiful guard, and it's so easy to maintain that I can even wipe it down while I'm cooking. 🫢 Honestly, I can't ignore the equipment. Convenience items aren't created for nothing. It's just four iron plates, but a lot of thought, philosophy, and consideration went into it... Anyway, I've been able to use this wonderful guard to display postcards and magnets, and to display all the pretty sauces. Every time I look at it, it's a joy, and the kitchen atmosphere has changed significantly. Thanks to this, I've been able to continue my enjoyable cooking life. The last photo is of the kitchen sink, just after I finished washing the dishes. It's so cute and I love it every time I look at it.
