This house had a toilet directly visible from the door, with the door centered in the center. Because it was an older building, I didn't want to risk relocating the fixtures, so I kept the existing layout but removed the bathtub and replaced it with a tiled vanity. I also used the recessed shelf, but I used tile to create a more unified look.
