#스타우브 #스타우브솥밥 #스타우브그릇 #신혼그릇 Introducing the Staub pots I've collected one by one 💁🏻‍♀️ My classmate from FTC15, "Inga," gave me this homework assignment, lol. I started with the 24cm Cocotte, my first Staub pot. This is because I have a big-time husband and kids who eat a lot. And I also have rather large hands. 😅 The 24 is really great, but because it's so big, I rarely cook rice in a pot. So, I bought the second Staub Cocotte 16 and Baby Wok! I bought these two because they were so affordable during a group buy on Instagram, and they're both fantastic... 🫶🏻 Once you try them, cooking becomes fun and you'll discover new recipes. Also, because they're cast iron, the taste is completely different! When I compared the same food with a regular pan and a baby wok, the taste was noticeably different. I realized this is why people love Staub. I didn't really notice it when I made soup or stew with the Cocotte 24, but because it's a cast iron pot, the soup stays hot until I'm done eating, so the heat retention is fantastic. 👍🏻 We don't often grill fish or pork belly at home. The oil always splatters and the smell doesn't dissipate easily. But sometimes, when I crave grilling outside, I quickly grill it in the baby wok. "What the heck?" I thought, and it was so delicious (I decided to try it). I do it sometimes, lol. The only downside is that it tends to stick, but Staub overcomes that drawback!! Just add water, a tablespoon or two of baking soda, and it comes off on its own. After making rice in a pot, I eat scorched rice and sungnyung, which is so filling and easy on the digestion. My child seems to know this and gives me a thumbs up, lol. I even stopped using the electric rice cooker for a while after making rice in a pot. Hehe. 🫰🏻 Men often have a hard time understanding why kitchenware is expensive, but after cooking in it like this, they quickly understand why it's expensive. 😇 I've been collecting Staub bowls because they're so charming, and they're so pretty. And once I tried them, I loved them. When I first saw the rice bowls and soup bowls, I thought they were small, but when I actually filled them, they actually fit quite a bit. They're so vibrant... 🥸 I've been wanting to post about my favorite pots and pans on Ohjip, but I'm too lazy...
