This is a narrow kitchen veranda where a 9kg washer and dryer barely fit vertically! I removed the kitchen window and converted the space into a shelf using woodworking techniques. I debated whether to leave the window as is because of the sunlight, but I figured the washing machine would block most of the space anyway.
