The biggest downside of an officetel is the lack of storage space. Since the living room also doubles as a studio, I initially wanted to avoid adding storage, but after living here for two years, I've finally compromised. I'm going to buy the largest storage unit I can find and see how it fits. Then, I'll decide whether to buy a desk and additional storage units.
