The kitchen is still a mess, but these are the records from before it got messy 😅 I whipped up a whole batch of budaejjigae (army stew) in a Staub Cocotte pot. I threw together all the ingredients I had in the fridge, added some homemade seasoning, and a sample. How could it not be delicious?
