I followed Mr. Eonam Ryu Su-young's recipe and I made a K-style dinner {#One-Bowl Meal} in no time! ๐Ÿ“˜ Ryu Soo-young's 10,000 Won Galbijjim Ingredients: 1 kg pork ribs, 2 stalks green onions, 1/2 onion, 2 pinches salt Seasoning: 5 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp vinegar, 5 tbsp soy sauce, 5 tbsp tuna extract, 3 tbsp red pepper powder, 3 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp ketchup, 20 turns of pepper, 500 ml water, 2 Cheongyang peppers Wash the meat under running water and wipe off any blood. Fry the surface in a heated pan until golden brown. Pour water and steam for about 10 minutes. Add the seasoning and simmer for 40 minutes. ๐Ÿ˜šIt was so delicious that my husband and I finished the entire bowl.
