We're so fond of sofas! We've added a cute Monogroove Rio Aquatex fabric sofa in ivory to our living room! This two-seater sofa looks great for a single person, but I think it would be perfect as a secondary sofa for a home with five or more people. Whenever the family gets together, we usually huddle together on the sofa to watch a movie, so I chose the Rio sofa for that purpose. The main sofa in our living room, the recliner, has a slightly suede-like feel, but the Rio sofa is made of Aquatex, which feels a bit like soft suede and blends in well with our existing furniture. And since we have pets, we need to choose a material that can withstand scratches! The Rio sofa's fabric is scratch-resistant, which I really like. As you can see, my living room has a cool gray tone, but I chose a warm ivory color for the Rio sofa. It had a very cold feel, so I brightened it up with ivory, and it complements the wooden furniture throughout, creating a nice balance. The Rio sofa also has side pockets, which are perfect for storing remote controls and books. I used to constantly have to put books back and forth on the bookshelf behind me, but now I can conveniently store the book I'm currently reading. This is a great feature. Since my current home isn't a place I'm moving to soon, but rather a place where my parents will live for many years, I couldn't easily bring in furniture. I wanted furniture that would last. The Rio sofa is said to be built to last, so it's easy to clean with a wet wipe or cloth, and it prevents sagging. I'm looking forward to using it with the utmost care, which will help me enjoy it for a long time!
