Small Kitchen <Partial Remodel> 📍A Practical yet Beautiful 80-Pyeong Kitchen Transformation! ▪️Film applied to the existing sink and sash. ▪️Partially removed the refrigerator cabinet >> Built a refrigerator cabinet + home cafe cabinet + rice cooker cabinet. : Since the existing kitchen didn't have a separate rice cooker cabinet, I built one with a flipper door (= pocket sliding?). This turned out to be incredibly useful, so I'll share a video about it separately! ▪️For a clean finish, I removed the refrigerator, the corner cabinet above the island, and the shoe cabinet side panels. >> Since I needed to install a sliding door using the side panels of the shoe cabinet and refrigerator, I made sure to level them precisely. ✔️ In carpentry, if you don't know the future plan, you might just fill in the gaps and cover them up, and overlook the additional detail. Therefore, when you're working on-site, be sure to discuss the furniture and door plans with the contractor and have them check with you using a laser. As I always say, the existing walls, floors, and ceiling don't line up perfectly! When you can, fix it! ✔️Because this is a space where various materials meet, I carefully selected materials that blend seamlessly and applied silicone to the ceiling without using molding.
